MyProject — Privacy Policy

MyProject (myproject.website) is a private construction project management application operated by VeraLogic LLC (“we”, “us”). It is used by a project's administrators, homeowners, and contractors to coordinate work.

Information we collect

Account holders are added by a project administrator and may have the following stored: name, company, email address, mobile phone number, role, and content they create in the application (job notes, status updates, questions, photos, and documents).

How information is used

Contact information is used solely to operate the application: signing you in by email, and delivering project alerts you or your project team generate (for example, job assignments, schedule changes, and job notes) by in-app notification, email, or SMS text message.

SMS / text messaging

By providing your mobile number to a project administrator, you consent to receive project-related text messages from MyProject. Message frequency varies based on project activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not affect in-app or email notifications.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Data is visible only to participants of your project according to their role, and is processed by our infrastructure providers (website hosting, database, email, and SMS delivery) solely to provide the service.

Retention & contact

Project records are retained for the life of the project. To correct or remove your information, or with any privacy questions, contact support@myproject.website.
